BMW: sheer driving nightmare

I bought a brand new BMW 1 series in June 2012. After being involved in an accident, my vehicle was taken to SMG Durban, where my vehicle stayed there for approximately one month. When I received my vehicle, my xenon headlamp on the left was incorrectly adjusted which was terribly annoying to fellow road users, the paintwork was incomplete and the tail light on the left did not match the one on the right. However SMG Durban had claimed the full amount from insurance.
On arrival back in Cape Town, I took my car to Auto Atlantic who adjusted my headlamp but did not do much else. SMG CT was told to repair my tail light and the paintwork and SMG Durban's expense.
After 2 visits to SMG CT, they eventually fit the tail light which again was incorrect. My car was released without any sort of quality control, and no apology was offered for the inconvenience caused. They then proceeded to remove the original right tail light, without my permission to fit it with one which matched the left.
I was then told my car needs to go to Auto Helderberg, in Somerset West for paintwork repair.
After lodging a number of complaints with BMW SA in Jan '13, the matter remains unresolved after 4 months.
