Z4-Recieved in despicable condition

Took vehicle in to replace cup holder. seat belt deflector. headlight washer and valet, Received vehicle (4 days later) with a skew bumper and front left xenon headlight not working coupled with severe condensation in headlight. Took vehicle back as these damages occured while in their care. Front headlight was replaced correctly however incorrect park light was put in vehicle.(my park lights are white and a yellow park light was put in). Took vehicle back once again and showed Jano. Was told that they would replace park light with correct one. After BMW had the vehicle for 1 week and having not heard from them, I phoned and got through to one of their consultants who advised that Jano would NOT take responsibility for incorrect park light. No reason was given at all. I am appalled at the level of service I received at BMW.I also own an Audi A5 and their service is impeccable. This is my 1st BMW and most definitely my last given the "BMW Clearwater experience". My Z4 is a "Sheer driving machine" however the client experience leaves much to be desired... Having said all of this my vehicle is still in the parking lot of BMW Clearwater (amongst the other many un-repaired vehicles)...
