WOW am i over phoning and arguing with Time freight Staff! This is ridiculous! first time you couldnt find my parcel of 320kgs, the second one was a day late aswell and now your quoting wrong, which you lady insists my collegue is lying about! what happened to the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT! no such thing in time freight!

I refuse to pay for bad service! - your company is putting our comnpanies integrity in question.
