Several problems

No courtesy vehicle, as was arranged for the service. Secondly there was no oil filled during the service. Thirdly, as requested, a repair was required for the cigarette lighter socket and was not fixed during the service, as a result i could not plug in my gps and was lost in the worse parts of joburg at night for 3 hours. Fourthly, my service book was not placed in my vehicle. I am a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer.
