How do you resolve Volvo V60 software problems?

Does anybody know the trick to getting a problem with Volvo resolved?
I have a software problem on my V60, that despite 3 reloads at 2 dealers over the past 12 months has yet to be resolved.
I have complained to the dealers that a vehicle of this calibre should not have unresolvable issues, have been advised by the last dealer that they would escalate to Volvo SA, and have also sent a very unfavourable email response to a Volvo customer survey following the last attempt. All without follow up or response.

I selected Volvo because of the quality of the vehicle, the reputation of the brand, and the competitiveness of their product, but am disappointed with the service in this regard. They have not lived up to my expectations.
