Poor Service Ordered incorrect parts

On 4 September my insurance company sent North City Panel beaters the authorisation for repairs to be done according to their quote and the assessment performed.

Finally Friday 11 October when I had to call them they confirm they have received all the parts required and I can bring in my vehicle on Monday 14 September.

I dropped the vehicle of early in the morning.

At lunch time an employee of the company phones me and asks me to please come and collect the vehicle, as the parts they ordered are not correct. When I go to pick up the vehicle the employee says he does not know how it happened but they ordered parts for a Left Hand Drive vehicle which mine is not, but at least 3 of the 10 parts they ordered were correct.

They did not remove the markings they made on my car or the reference number they wrote on my windscreen and further more they broke the cover for my electrical socket in the vehicle.

I have never experienced such bad service as I did not receive any service and left with my vehicle in a worse condition than when it arrived.
