What a pathetic service

Hi,
My name is Theron and I drive a Polo Vivo, from VW. I booked in my car for service and was sick and could not take it on the day. I do have the sick note as proof. Now, I call again, after trying for more than a week, the phones were either busy or not being answered. I am told that I can only take it on the week of 8th April. I CAN'T! The car is already on the grace period and I do not want them to charge me more for their uselesness. I can't!
