Poor Service

Two months ago I went into Master cars Strijdom Park to try to purchase a pre-owned Polo. Firstly I asked the burly gentleman if I could buy it cash and if so would he give me a discount. He said no, if I was paying cash it would actually be more than the advertised price. This reasoning was foreign to me. after several attempts to try and buy a car, we settled on a white polo and started negotiating, bearing in mind we were pre-approved from a financial Company, but we missed the deadline to buy within 7 days, through no fault of our own. Another car was available, we wanted to buy it and basically gave the go -ahead if he could come in on an agreed price. We are not talking unreasonable discounts or anything. He never did come back to us, even though he promised to speak to his manager and get back to us.

Anyway long story short. I have no words to describe this experience, nevertheless, we have since purchased to cars, one small runabout for cash and another 4x4 through the same finance company but definitely not that dealership.

This complaint serves to bring to your attention that customers are not obligated to spend their money with you, there is always any dealer capable
