Polo Vivo all kinds off problems

Good Day

My wife bought a Polo Vivo from McCarthy Westgate. We had the car for four days and had all kind off problem with it. brakes making a noise, steering making a noise when turning left or right, front shocking making a noise. and engine fan belt.

Called Anelene and car was change for a different polo. after having the second polo for a week. Same problems started.

Back brake making a noise and steering when turn left or right. Called and car was booked in for repairs, Brake and steering was fixed and after that doors and dashboard started to make a noise car was booked in again . car came back and that was fixed now the car is making a shooting sound behind and at the side off the drivers said every time you turn, stop or go over a bump. and back seat. Called Paulo and the second hand car sale manager and I was advise that someone will call to book in the car for repairs.

My wife is really not happy as the car is only a month old and we only drove about 2000 km with the car.

We will really like a refund on the car or the car to be settled with the bank as my wife does not want the car anymore.

Ps: Car had scratch mark on it and the car had hail damage.
