I recently purchased a VW Polo Vivo Base at Claremont VW and after a few months something came loose in one of the door panels. I took the vehicle to Barons VW where the kind staff helped me with my vehicle and listened to what the problem was. I cannot remember the lady's name who helped me but overall the service was very good - clean environment, friendly staff, and listened to what the problem was. The car has been booked in and will be checked by the technicians.
