Car repair Problem

My car had a problem with clash problem, ( because it had problems when selecting the gears). The car was towed to VW garage in Maponya and they confirmed to tell me that the car had a problem with clash and needed a new clash kit and confirmed the quotation after they did the diagnosis. I told them to continue fixing the clash. Four days later they told me that they have fitted the new kit but the car had problem with starter, they can't start it and they are checking it, later the next week they told me that they took the car to an engineer because they can't see what is wrong with the car. I called them to inquiry again about the car and they told me that the problem was the valves, when the mechanics was fixing the clash, he tempered with the valves, later they told me that they had ordered the cylinders for engine and waiting for them. Last week they told me that the mechanic had unwired the immobilizer wires as they are not connected to VW standard, so they are reconnecting them correctly. On Monday last week they told me that they had completely restarted the wiring for the immobilizer. I called on Wednesday last week, so they told me that they don't know how to fix it
