In August this year took my car in for service at East rand was advice by a service advisor that the clash needs to be replaced but will take a week for a job to be done ..i couldn't leave my car as i didn't have an alternative transport to go to work then i asked if i should bring in the car during the period when on maternity leave they agreed.. I then moved to Midrand during which i called if i could bring in the car to East rand was told can take it to Doge in Midrand, i then took it there of which service provider told me there is no need for clash replacement as it's still in order which was on the 25th Nov, took my car back.. On the 14th Dec while driving to work got stuck my car wa towed to Jeep in East rand and they found out that it was indeed the clash.. Now the problem is Jeep is refusing to provide me with the curtesy vehicle which i have to travel from Midrand to east using public while i tried to avoid such an inconviniece by taking the car while on leave ..
