I bought a used 2003 Mercedes-Benz E class from pro west sales, just after 2 days i discovered that the car has a front suspension problem, i then called the saleman Mr Deon i told him about the suspension problem, he told me i should send it for diagnosis so that i be sure of what the problem is. I went to mercedes-benz, their quote was R24 000 to fix the suspension. I went back to Mr Deon he told me straight away that there is no way they can send the car to mercedes instead he took the car to their own workshop where reconditioned parts were fitted into my car. the very same day that a drove the car the problem was worse than before i then return the car to them they told they can take my car back or change my car for another as i have requested. i have left the car with them from last week friday until today 05 June 2013. i sent Mr. Deon an sms wanting to find out what are they doing about my problem? this was his responds " I have sent Bertus of Syds suspension ur motomends tel no is 011 790 1500 policy nrs UNP43783 PUP 40399 so u could help them speed up the claim.

My car is still parked at their garage and nothing is being done.

Please help me sort out this problem
