Help is all i need!!!

I would like to express my disappointment with your department. My experiences with your department has been very unsatisfactory with lots of biased information to the client.

o My very first car service at your dealer ended up with my car being smashed
o My second experience my car came back with wipers fitted in an opposite direction which almost cost my life because I couldn't use them in the rain.
o Currently, my car has been with you for almost 4 weeks with two diagnosis/ for two diagnostics . initially I was told it was a problem with the gearbox bearings and the parts were ordered for that problem and after I made few follow ups I was told the car has been re diagnosed with an engine problem. My concerns are: was the first diagnosis wrong or is the second diagnosis also wrong, which one between the two is correct, I am not a mechanic but a common sense will be do proper diagnosis before ordering the parts. Which means somehow time was wasted on the first diagnosis if it was a wrong diagnosis.
Iam currently using no car and my job requires me to have one to travel between Joburg and Secunda.
