BOUGHT A CAR WITH GEARS PROBLEM

MY name is as above, car is 2006corsalite 1.4 vft871gp.i bought a car at silverton, and struggled with papers and everything including gears .from the first month i always took the car to mc carthy for adjustment and they always adjusted and didnt care checking the gearbox, now that i took the car to mechanic for clutch and the gear box is giving a problem they are blaming it on him, why him coz i always struggled with the gears from day one and no one ever opened a gear box, or even suggest to put a gear oil .and one ther thing is 4 months after i bought the car there, i took it for service but guess what, they didnt clean the water they have just put the antifreez in the mud of water .i ve cleaned that my self coz the guy at sasol to ld me about how dangerous it is for the engine, so u can see how irresponsible this people are, my point is the gear box should have been checked first time i was complaining abt gears, therefore the garage is resposible for the whole amount of fixing it, not me coz i dont even have that cash .people must start to take clients into consideration, how can u adjust gears for me 10times without checking the problem?
