Misfiring ca

Hi Peter! Last year June I bought a new Polo Vivo 1.4, I booked the car 15000km on february 2013, after 2months the car started decrease the performance on steep heels and when you change gears and its having this bad sound, i booked it again at lenasia vw, i was told they swap the cables then if the problem persist i must bring it back. the following week while i was travelling to work the problem persisted as im working at pretoria then i booked it at pretoria vw on the 20th May 2013 they found out that the car is misfiring and 2 valves are damage and it will take a week to be fixed, the car its back now and they dont know what is the source of the problem but they told me it a factory fault it means the car it was like these from the facctory, now the car is back but its got a funny sound on it which im not happy about it, i just want them to change that car because i cant pay for some thing that im not happy about that car its still new for it to be on this stage. im willing to carry on with the contract i have signed with them but i cant pay for the new car that is already having problem in the engine and i dont expert a new car to perfom like this.
