Paying R600 000 4 a car bt taking taxis 2 work

I bought a DSG GTI on 6 of february 2013, which me about 6 to 8 days to get and was not my desired colour but wat could i do am only paying just over half a million so i would get my desired colour, what did i expect dis is SA and we very gud at giving pathetic service Well I thought that was the end of my problems, little did i know the worse is stil coming, my half a million car breaks down about a month later from collection, (10-03-13) i call the road side assistance and they send a tow truck to collect the car and they receive the car the next morning and i get a call from this lady and she tells me that they have received my car and wanted to know what was the problem and i explained and she promised to cal me back after she was done with the paper work. I guess she still busy with paper work 24 hours later. I then call the person who sold this car to me and he says he will make a plan and call me back and he never did (phumlani) i called though out the day still he had no answers for me, I decide to call the service adviser (Clive) who tells me straight up dat they haven't touched my car becoz they are bust with other cars, am car less spending a fortune on meter taxis!!
