I Booked my car in a week in advance for the 90k service (cambelt). I took my car in the morning of the 7th Feb 2013 and around 13h00 receive a call to inform me my car is ready for collection.

When I got there the afternoon around 15h30 I waited 15 minutes in reception before some attended to me - Which I found was un-acceptable as I was the only customer in reception at the time.
Eventually Schulk attended to me and said he can't find my job card, but all is in order - handed me my keys and said I can leave because it will be covered by the service plan.

I insisted on seeing the job card - to make sure everything was completed as per my service schedule - Eventually after another 15 minutes they find the job card. Just as I thought - Cambelt wasn't replaced (out of stock), Spark plugs wasn't replaced (out of stock). If I hadn't insisted on seeing the job card I would have thought everything was done. Now I'm furious because I wasted my time brining the car for the service in the first place. All I got was an oil change. Then Schulk said that there is a backorder of 3 weeks... Today is exactly a month - After calling them 10 times a day leaving message after message... Still
