I have just received my game card and went into the store this morning the 25th to activate it. They activated my card within 20 minutes. The lady then handed me a coupon for R250 off of a purchase of R2500. I went to get a dishwasher that was on special for R2495. They didn't have syock and would only get stock during the week. They wanted me to go to germiston to fetch it. Said to the gentlemen that he needs to get the stock so I can get my product. Very unacceptable.they said they would phone me when it is here. I went to go and pay and wanted to use my coupon and said I could not as the product was on special. No one said anything about this. I said no one said anything and she must use it. She told me can't and made me pay full price. This is really not good customer service. If you are having a special surely their should be stock available. I don't think this is fair and would like someone to assist me to sort this out faster. This is the first time I have had such poor customer service. Not acceptable
