Looking throught the Hellopeter page for Yuppiechef, I hardly think that I need to say that they get it right a lot of the time, but they got it really right for me.

I logged onto the website on Monday, 27 May, hoping to place an order for a gift that I had been looking at buying my Father. Only to find that they were out of stock. An inevitability when you stock great items. Wanting to check whether they were expecting stock soon, I logged into the Live Chat function on their website and spoke to Brad Price who went and checked when stock was being received and was very friendly and genuinely happy to help. On asking if I could pre-order from the stock that was coming in, I was told that it wasn't possible, which wasn't a problem - I just added my details to the Notify Me option on the product expecting to be emailed when stock came in.

I got a phone call at 3pm on the same day from Brad, wanting to inform me that the stock had arrived and that I could place my order.By 3pm the very next day, the box arrived with the usual beautiful hand-written card.

I cannot be happier with Yuppiechef right now! Their customer service is amazing and their service is impeccable.
