Prestige Banking - Worst service of my life!!!

I despise the day I switched to Standard bank. It all standard with me making an appointment to see a prestige banker, then she told about all these "cool" services that they are provide, and that intrigued me to open an account. Immediately I received my temporary card, then she told me that I will receive a notification as soon as my card is available for collection, I wait and waited and nothing, mind you I had already registered for internet banking with this card. I sent my banker an email trying to find out what's happening, and she didnt respond, then i felt the need to go to the branch only to find that my card has been sitting there for weeks. It gets worse this woman (Banker) order the wrong card, this wasn't a titatum card, they had to reverse the card and order a new one. Eventually I got the right card, asked my banker to switch my debit orders, she gets everything wrong, luckily i could identify this before the debit orders went off, well so I thought, I sent this woman a mail to rectify this and nothing, I've ended up paying wrong accounts, I've called the helpline a million times to have the woman changed but No one seems to care, all I get is "we will call you back!
