BMW DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS BUYERS!

I took my vehicle into the BMW approved Panelbeaters in November 2012 for hail damage and to this day stil await my vehicle to be repaired properly. There was a total lack of feedback from them and i only learnt some weeks after dropping off my vehicle that they hadnt even started the job yet. These panelbeaters then sent it Zambezi Auto another BMW dealership and told me i would have my car in 7 days and now, 4 months later, my car is not repaired! Shocking service to say the least and even though BMW Customer Relations is involved, still no joy!! i will think twice before dealing with BMW again!!
