First For Women Insurance
NO CALLS< SERVICE DELIVERY or DAMAGE REPAIR

I chose 1st for Women who is more expensive than other Insurance Companies as my preferred Insurance Company because they are friendly, helpful, quick and efficient, but now somewhere something went wrong. I have had NO successful call from Steyl Panelbeaters or from 1st for Woman. Will they tend to my vehicle? Yes or No

My vehicle has been in a rear accident in November 2012 and in an accident from the front in December 2012 on the 26th. The assessors came to fetch my vehicle immediately and at the end of April I received my vehicle back from Steyl Panelbeaters, and I drove away, after having a friendly discussion with the elder owner of Steyl Panelbeaters whom has been in business he said now for 40 years and I complimented him on it etc, but only to arrive at home and to notice to my surprise that only my front damage was taken care off after 4 months and not my rear damage. I had no follow up phone calls from the Insurance ever since after I have phoned Lorraine at Steyl Panelbeaters immediately the next morning. I only went to fetch my vehicle around five so it was to late to phone immediately.
