3rd party panelbeaters are not properly vetted

I made a claim in November 2012. Auto&General gave me an appointment for repairs on March 1, 2013.
On March 4, I dropped my vehicle for repairs with Auto&General's sister company (Telesure) for hail damage repair.
On March 12, it was sent to SilverStar Autobody for panelbeating. It's going on 8 EIGHT weeks and I still have not got my vehicle back for hail damage repairs. I'm a client of Auto and General and not of SilverStar Autobody nor Telesure. A&G hides behind using 3rd parties saying the delays in delivery and service levels are from their 3rd party suppliers like SilverStar AutoBody.
18 April 2013 and I still do not have my vehicle.
To note, Auto&General referred me to SilverStar as their preferred supplier. When I called on the 17th April to SilverStar they were totally unaware of the commitments Auto&General call center made to me on delivery of vehicle and the quality checks that A&G assessor perform, to a point that SilverStar Autobody requested an A&G assessor to check my vehicle. It's also worth noting that NO report is going to be given to me as I was informed by Telesure, so no way of knowing that A&G have checked my vehicle.
