It is to much disappointment that I am writing this complaint.
Out surrance advertise on all media outputs - they will bend backwards for clients - claims sorted out in no time.
However this was not my experience. Since last year October after the hailstorm in Randburg I am struggling to get my vehicle repaired to the state it was before the hailstorm in Randburg.
First when I went to fetch my vehicle at Sanrose Panelbeaters in Midrand everything was not repaired after the assessor did mention all the damage. They then informed me that the hail damage and body damage (bumper and back light) was seen as 2 different claims. After a lot of complaints and never receiving feedback from them I always had to follow up. I got the additional damaged approved on the same claim.
The the complaints started again as NO feedback on when the vehicle will be repaired. The Panelbeater already received the additional funds BUT NO REPAIR TO MY VEHICLE.
I am writing this complaint so that clients can be aware that to claim from out surrance is a disaster and you will feel like pulling your hair out due to NO Feedback or commitment to sort the claim and repairs out. Secondly I HOPE for service
