USE UN COMPITANT PANELBEATERS

My vehicle was sent to the panel beaters, Automagic in Witbank for repairs in December 2012, my vehicle is STILL AT THE PANELBEATERS, i sent my car back for the 3rd time, end of January i told them they have 3 weeks to repair the car to good state, only to find out yesterday thought my parents that they haven't touched the car in 3 weeks!!! I called Auto & Genral how many times to complain about the workmanship and to go and check on the panelbeaters workmanship!!! But no Feedback from Auto & Genral or the panelbeaters!!
Now Auto & Genral and Auto magic use the excuse the cant Dial international numbers due to that I'm working in Dubai!! They all make miss use of the fact that I'm not in South Africa!! But i gave my email adres to both Auto&Genral and Auto Magic,
SO WHAT IS THE EXCUSE FOR A CAR BEEN SENT BACK FOR THE 3RD TIME FOR BAD WORKMANSHIP AND BEEN AT THE PANELBEATERS FOR 2 MONTHS??? AND NO FEEDBACK???

AND THAT FOR A FEW MINOR SCRATCHES AND DENTS... LOL!!! RADACULOUS!!!
