No Delivery, Twice

Last Monday I received a call from UTi Mounties that they were going to deliver my Nedbank card. They said their driver would be around Germiston on Tuesday, between 14h00 and 16h00. I waited on the day, making sure that both my phones were on and within reach. My card was not delivered. Someone else called me on Wednesday and apologised for the 'no-show' the previous day and promise that my card would be delievered between 10 am and 12pm on Thursday. And still there was no delivery. That is bad service at it peak. I have on 3 occassions tried their call centre (on the number I got from the sms' promising delivery) and their calls are never answered
