2 WEEKS FOR OVERNIGHT? HUNG UP ON BY CALL CENTRE?

On 11 December 2013, I had an EMERGENCY parcel (1 A4 envelope) that needed to be delivered overnight, counter to door. I paid R127.58 for this service. The delivery was from Randjiesfontein to Ferndale.

TO DATE, THIS PARCEL IS STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!

I phoned the call centre last week to enquire and they informed me that the parcel was with a driver and would be delivered the same day. I phoned the call centre again today and they told me the exact same thing. When I asked if they could contact the driver to find out where the driver is, the call centre agent hung up on me.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! WHERE IS MY PARCEL AND WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED???
