Am i really being seperated with my car for 5weeks

My car went in for repairs on 18/01/2013.I hired a car for the week that I was advised my car would be ready in. when I got a call on 25/01/2013 stating the parts to repair my vehicle had to be imported from germany as this is a mini cooper and the problem rarely occurs.its 1 week without my car and I have had rare update calls in between the period of 25/01/2013 until 01/02/2013 on that day I was told my parts had arrived but would only reach bmw bruma on 04/02/2013.I then received a call the next day stating the parts are at bmw bruma and that the car was being worked on as we spoke.later that afternoon I received a call from the parts division at bmw bruma and spoke to a lady by the name of yolandie, she then told me the parts they orderd are incorrect and I have to wait two more weeks for the correct parts to arrive before the car is worked on again.this is not acceptable as I have wasted R5000 on rental cars I work in midrand live in greenstone and struggling to get to work and back as I work late hours too. I fight for a courtesy car which I was denied horribly.bmw rates such good service but have no legs to stand on.this is unacceptable I do not recomend bmw bruma auto.
