Its been 3 months and still my car is not fixed

I had an accident on the 24/12/2013 and got a date for repairs on the 30/01/2013 took the car in where it stood outside for 2 weeks not being attended to, as there was not parts for the car, I decides to fetch my car as it was a minor accident and the car was still drivable, because my car hire expired and my car wasn't attended to, renew it promised to call once all parts has arrived and I will receive a courtesy car while the fixed it.
I called I'm March to check I was told all parts have arrive, but they don't have any courtesy cars available. I spoke to a guy called Eddie explained the situation to him and told him that I can bring in the car and have to make use of public transport while its in for repairs he said that the car will be reapires within a week as it will be as it will be asap, took trhe car in on the 2/04/2013 and its been there 2 weeks now and I was told that they still awaiting some part on the car on the 12/04/2013.
Renew it is just a greedy company that accepts every claim they get and can't deliver service and don't care how much the client is inconvience as all have them gets into da cars and drive home everyday.
