Worst service EVER!!!

Bought a new Hyundai i20 in June 2013. Car broke down after 3 months and was towed to Hyundai Menlyn. After 2 days I had to go back to them to find out what was wrong with my car, because they don't call, and they don't answer the phone. I phoned them 8 times in 2 days, without anyone answering the phone. Throttle Body needs replacing and parts were ordered, was their reply. 2 weeks later they tell me they had ordered and received the wrong parts, and the right parts are now being ordered from Korea. The parts will arrive in 1 weeks time. That is already 3, 5 weeks without a car, and they refuse to give me a courtesy car during this time. Why can they not keep in contact with a customer to let them know what's going on? Why don't they call their customers? Why don't they answer the phone? Why cant they order the correct parts first time round?
I also walked into their restricted workshop today, in my work uniform (I am a chef), opened my car and removed personal belongings. I then walked out without any one of the 3 technicians or 2 security personnel stopping me to ask what I was doing there. anybody can walk in there and take what does not belong to them from other people's cars.
