No feedback from consultant, waiting spares?

I booked my Mercedes Benz in at Roodepoort as I had a written report from Mr. X haust- Mr Tyre that the shocks needed attention.By arrival on the booked date, 30 January 2013, I was informed that they were not aware that the car was booked with them.

The booking consultant agreed that the car could remain with them so that they could check the shocks and the noisy pulley. I was informed by the technical staff that they do not acknowledge the standards of Mr X haust, Mr Tyre, and that they work according the standards set by Mercedes Benz. My concern was that the front shocks was replaced recently and the test results from Mr. X haust Mr Tyre showed that they were more worn than the rear shocks.

The next day I was called to collect the car and that Salien will call me when the replacement part for the pulley arrives. I phoned Sandown Motors on several occasions, but Saliem was not available. I left messages for Saliem to call me, but after a month still no call and no spares. This is really unacceptable.
