No work done in 2 weeks

I damaged my Honda's back door as well as the body work around the left back door. My insurer, Hollard, informed me that the repair work to my car will be done by BB Cars in Wynberg. When I contacted them the first time, they informed me that they wil take my car on the 5th of February. I delivered the car to them on this day. During the first week that the car was with them I followed up to hear when the car will be returned to me -the first date was the 19th of February. I phoned again in the second week, the return date moved to the 22nd of February. I was told by Glen that they were waiting for the door from Honda. When I wanted to collect my car on the 22nd, I was told that they still don't have the door. I was told that the car had only been stripped. They could put it back together and I can have the car back until the door arrives. I took my car back on the 22nd. The back bumper was new but not sprayed. No other work was done. The indicator light is not working properly, the back door does not lock either. Therefore I paid for 2 weeks of car rental during which time no work was done. There was no communication from the panel beater during this period.
