I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Ford head office for poor customer service and bad attitude. the warranty of my car was suspended last year after i failed to take my car in for service due to being given wrong information by the sales person. they never considered the fact that i was the second & new owner to that car, i was told that the onus was on me to read the service and warranty book, i could have done that but it didn't seem to be important as i trusted what the sales person had told me, i assumed the imformation given was correct just like he showed me how everything on the car was functioning. i didn't see the need to read a manual on how to operate the wipers or the indicator in my car& the rest. they made it seem as if the're doing me a favour by reinstating the warranty to 75% & i should pay the 25% so much for customer loyalty. why are they not considering the fact that i was given wrong info, why is it that every side i turn i get a slap on my face. who will take responsibility of the wrong info given to me? why am i the customer not getting anybody to assist me? instead of giving me dead ends. i was even told to contact conumer council if i'm not h
