On Wednesday 28th February 2013, I was driving though the Menlo Park area when I noticed my car overheating. I stopped and on investigation found that the thermostat housing was cracked and leaking. I parked the car and walked 800m to the nearest m/v repair centre. Within 20 minutes JJ Velddienste had towed the vehicle to their workshops and provided a cost estimate. They were efficient and friendly and asked for 3 days to source parts and repair the vehicle. Within 6 hours work was completed and other minor faults had also been fixed. I was not charged for the tow-in and the final bill presented was 20% lower than the initial cost estimate. This provides a clear example of great customer service, going the extra mile and also of honest and cheap/affordable charging for services provided. I would recommend them for any vehicle breakdown the the Pretoria-East area.
