I'm so angry and disappointed in a brand that I trusted in many years. I bought a mini cooper and don't have 4 months but I have been fixing the car since I got it, what got worse is recently it didn't't want to start and the problem was the key. I never got a spare key. I called at germiston McCarthy to tell my problem and they booked at bmw repair to find what was the problem and to my surprise I got a call from bmw to tell me I must pay the car it cost-ed R820.80 to check the car. The manager called Chris was so rude and also blocked my number and said IL have to pay for all the cost. Chris you need to go for customer experience course and people like you don't deserve to be managers. McCarthy I'm not happy at all and regret buying a car from you and will never advice people to buy there.
