Worst Service EVER!!

About a month ago we bought a VW from Mccarthy VW Gezina- the sales man pushed us into buying the vehicle which was all good as it was the car we wanted. We added the extra Cruise control which he promised we would get with in 3 days after we got the car. About a week later I followed only to be told the he was on Leave - we then went on leave aswell and did not hear anything from in a month time, we phoned, complained and our car was taken for the Cruise control - we then waited a whole week for our car to be returned before we got it back after being told it will take about 2days. We had to fight and fight for anything to be done. Now 4 days later I am going to start fighting again as I am waiting for my spare key and License papers to be sent to me, After being told 3 times that I will get it by Today (16 April) this is truly the worst service ever and I WILL NEVER EVER buy anthing from Mccarthy again after being quite a loyal supporter as both our cars have been bought through Mccarthy.
