"serviced" car returned with dent

I had my Sorento serviced on 13/8/13 for its 60 000 km service. When i went to fetch my car it had a dent on the door- appart from the fact that all the parts to complete the service wasn't available and I had the inconvenience of having to return my car for the service to be completed. I was told to take my car to the carwash in Hazeldean where Patrick will fix my dent- on my own time and inconvenience! I told them it was unacceptable. When I returned my car on the 27/8/2013 I informed the manager re my unhappiness with the dent and the fact that parts were not available for the previous service (this after kia confirmed my model car). There was no courtesy car available this after the inconvenience was caused on their side! I went to fetch my car on the 28/8. The dent was still there- definitely not fixed to my satisfaction, there was no formal jobchart re the dent that I had to sign. I informed the secretary re my unhappiness- he pulled up his shoulders, the manager was nowhere insight neither was any attempt made from his side to check whether I was satisfied in any way, knowing about my grievances as I have expressed it to him on the 25th. Poor service, unacceptable!
