NO AFTER SERVICE

I purchased a brand new car from mccarthy vw on the 28th of November 2012. I picked up that the the back two speakers was bust and there was a rattle coming from the drivers side door. I take the car back to Mccarthy and informed them and they made a booking for the 24th of December 2012. When the 24th arrived i recieved a sms from the sales executive saying that the service department is full and will only be able to book my car in 2013, which i agreed. In January 2013 my car was booked in two weeks later then the dat specified and when the car was taken down to them they give me a call saying that they need three days with my car and will get me a loan car which will be in two weeks. Its now February and im still awaiting for my car to be fixed has the service department is over promising customers but under deliverying. Mccarthy should pick up on there after sevice, IT!
