MY VEHICLE (730d) WAS BOOKED IN FOR FRONT BRAKE REPLACEMENT & BALANCING AND ALIGNMENT ON 13 FEB 2013. THE DEALERSHIP DISCOVERED THAT THE CONTROL-ARM REQUIRED REPLACING ON 14 FEB. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART IN STOCK, AND HAD TO OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM BMW SA. ON FRIDAY, I WAS ADVISED THAT BMW SA APPROVED THE REPAIR. ON MONDAY, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PART HAD ARRIVED BUT IT WAS FOR AN INCORRECT MODEL AND NOT FOR MY CAR; AND HAD TO BE RE-ORDERED. ON TUESDAY, I WAS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE WOULD BE READY FOR COLLECTION LATER IN THE DAY, WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN. ON WEDNESDAY (20 FEB - ONE WEEK LATER), THE SERVICE ADVISOR NOT IN AT WORK AND LEFT MESSAGE FOR JAY (SERVICE MANAGER) AT 08h00. SHE RETURNED MY CALL AT 10h30. THE CONTROL-ARM WAS BEING FITTED AND BALANCING & ALIGNMENT STILL TO BE DONE. #### ONE WEEK FOR THE TYPE OF REPAIR NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE MANAGER CLUELESS. INCIDENTALLY, A LOAN VEHICLE NOT OFFERED.
