No stock of spare parts!!

I discovered power steering fluid leaking from my ford figo last week. Last week Thrusday I booked my car in at Fury Ford William Nicol to have the car inspected as it is still under warranty. They informed me that my steering colum was broken and the brake fluid was leaking from a broken pipe under the engine. I was told by the service advisor that the repair would be done under warranty as it was a failure of the components on the vehicle. I was advised that the car would not be ready on the same day as they needed to order parts. I made a follow up phoned call on Friday only to be told that the car will again not be ready as only one of the parts had arrived, and they couldnt give me a ETA of that part. So I sat without a car for the weekend as well. On Monday morning I phoned again for an update to be told that Ford SA do not have spare parts for the vehicle and that they only expect to get parts on the 27th July 2013. Therefore I would be without a car for an entire month. Fury ford were gracious enough to give me a loan car however on collection, the car was totally empty with 6km to go until empty and I have to bare the cost of the risk should anything happen to the car.
