Apparent oversight in service and lack of response

I took my car in for a service and at the take-in mentioned some specific issues to have checked out. When the car was returned I asked to speak to the mechanic to clarify some points on the service sheet. As he was not available I agreed to be called back. This started a chain of broken promises to call back and a lack of response to e-mail complaints about this.

I also found that upon visiting a turbo repair shop (as advised) that their was a broken pipe in the radiator. This was observed before the car was taken in and therefore I wonder why the mechanic did not at least flag this issue. Also other issues (difficult starting when the engine is warm) were reported on the intake, but not fixed as I found out soon after receiving my car back.

Again when asking about feedback on this, no response...

Possibly the radiator and starting issue have a good explanation, but the total lack of response leads me to suspect otherwise. I can forward the e-mails conversation (mostly one-sided) that outlines the issues in more detail.
