My vehicle which is under motorplan was sent to a BMW dealership for a repair on 6 June. I have been advised that the fuel pump needs replacing. There is no stock of the part in SA. BMW have ordered the part however it will only arrive on the 28th of June. Thus my vehicle has to remain at the dealership for nearly a month whilst awaiting the part. BMW and Lyndhurst Auto refuse to provide a courtesy vehicle during th period I have to wait for the part. I cannot belive that BMW will leave me without a vehicle because they don't have stock of a part.
