Bianca called I am assuming as she recieved an escalation from FNB Sibongile Ngwenya. I have been waiting for my card for over 2 weeks now. The card was sent successfully to the branch Sandton City, i went to collect the card however when i got there the lady cancelled all my cards including the card that I had currently in error she then ordered a new card and said she'd arrange for it to be sent to me directly I have since been waiting for it. I was issued with a temporary card which I am currently using however this card tends to not swipe at certain till points it does not have the chip like the other card did which never gav me problems. This morning i tried to pay for petrol and it refused hence I phoned to follow up on my other card which has since been with CCD. I called FNB on 14/02/2013 to follow up and they said they'd send an escalation which they did and funny a courier arrived at my address however this is not CCD which is very odd. The whole day ive been on the line trying to sort this out and being shifted from pillar to post one place to the other no it's FNB. They are just messed up CCD is so inefficient ive never in my life battled with a delivery to this manne
