Dissatisfied Custome

My car was broken into & attempted on 28 Dec 2012.
My insurance gave the go ahead for the car to be fixed a few days later.
Sanrose issued me with false information regarding the fixing of the car & told me the car would be returned to me on numerous occasions but to no avail.
After my courtesy car had to be returned I requested a car from Sanrose.
A car was issued to me with a paper registration that expired 2 days into my receiving the car.
That was 5 February, 2013.
Sanrose told me to bring the car to them so they could put on the license plates & disc onto the car, I told them that that wasn't suitable for me but I was more than willing to meet a technician at a suitable time & place for both parties but I got no response.
Interimly I received a fine for the paper registration.
Sanrose responded that it is my responsibility to pay the fine.
The car was at Sanrose for over 70 days before it was declared a write-off.
i was informed i had to drop the car off so it could be checked by Sanrose on return of the car resulting it not being collected from me- I dropped the keys off and was told I could go.
I have received bad service delivery & poor customer service.
