I am disappointed with the service @ SANROSE PANEL BEATERS MIDRAND. My claim dated July 2012, 9 months later, backwards and forwards between Indwe and SANROSE for an assessment and repair to a damaged bumper on Picanto. 1st HENK was supposed to contact me to make arrangement for assessment. He left company, no follow up. 2nd WILLEM called, we took car to him for assessment. Was told he would get back to us no luck. Indwe found out at end of 2012 car not repaired. Beginning of this year Indwe confirmed that the authorisation has been approved and need to make a booking for the vehicle. Spoke to Jackie who confirmed authorisation & booked my car. Car went in, 3days later feedback, no repairs on car, waiting authorisation! Emails back/forwards between SANROSE & myself, eventually it was agreed to go ahead. SANROSE has had car for 7working days; I called this morning to find out when I could collect car. I am LIVID after going through 4 people telephonically this morning was told that the part was only ordered 2days ago. I contacted the manager TONY, he promised to look into matter & get back to me. 4hrs later; no response. Surely parts are ordered when booking is made? UNACCEPTABLE!!
