No transport provided for work continuation

BMW JOBURG CITY AUTO and BMW SA has left me stranded without a car for three days and still no definite answer from them as to when I can get my vehicle.

No attempt made to assist me in getting to work, as having my car is crucial to my work. The reason for me having no car was the fact that BMW fitted a faulty gearboox two weeks ago in my car which has seriously inconvenienced me.
