Stranded customer at Service Workshop

Booked the car in for a service.
Went to fetch at the end of the day as agreed after paying was told that the battery had been drained during the day and I would have to return the next day to pick it up.

No alternative arrangements made. Just closed the doors on a stranded customer even though the issue cause of the problem was the service department that had left the lights on in the vehicle.

Disgusted by the treatment of a customer and the dont care attitude.
Excuses are not a mode of transport.

Internal issues at the workshop should not impact the delivery of a vehicle as promised by the end of a work day.

How the vehicle was left standing in the wash bay and not pulled out to the reception for collection withthe other vehicles would imply that someone know it wasnt starting and chose to go home instead of dealing with the problem.

The fact that none of the professional service advisors would call the service manager to resolve the matter or seek an alternative is also something i have never experienced before.
