Disgusting state of the toilets

Stopped at the service station and needed to use their bathroom. My first complaint is that the toilets aren't even marked ladies/men. The Ladies was apparently out of order. So we were forced to use the mens. It was disgusting!!! Tried to speak to the attentdant and he wasn't a interested. Even the lady behind the register. Shocking bathroom, and arrogant personnel??? Not near the standard that I'm accustomed to from a Total service station.
