What's up with the broken equipment?

Half the treadmills are dead, if not the handles are damaged.

Couple weeks ago the water thingy upstairs was broken. I was thirsty!!!

The taps in the bathroom are weird. Cold gets you hot water and vice versa.

There are two toilets in the ladies bathroom that's been "out of order" since December.

I can't tag myself in because the machine thingy in front is broken.

What gives?

On a positive note, my personal trainer is AWESOME!! Thank you for employing such an entertaining individual :-)
